Terms and Conditions of Order

• The copyright use of all images sent to and used by Captive Calendars is the responsibility of the image provider. You must own or have permission to use the images and photographs you send to Captive Calendars.
• All sizes are approximate
• As a precaution Captive Calendars will hold a digital copy of your image until the goods are delivered
• We regret we are unable to give refunds
• In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error the product purchased will be repaired or replaced
• By ordering a personalised calendar or photograph product from Captive Calendars you accept that any photograph enlarged by Captive Calendars may lose some definition and that colour variation may occur in the finished item
• Captive Calandars reserve the right to take a photo of your finished product for display in our gallery or on our website.
• Confirmed orders can only be cancelled prior to printing, once calendars are printed the order cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation before printing will attract a 50% charge to cover administration charges and work that may have already taken place
• Any alterations to an order (once confirmed) will incur a charge of £15 per alteration, if the alteration is achieveable at the time of request
• In the unlikely event of any concerns or problems with the product it must be brought to the attention of Captive Calendars in writing within 14 days of receipt
• Please review and take note of tips and guidance provided on this website regarding photo choice and preparation prior to placing an order, Captive Calendars will not be able to accept photographs that are sent incorrectly sized or formatted
• Production start date is the date Captive Calendars receive your payment, not the date the order or payment is posted
• Picture cropping and editing: Please send digital images only (either direct from a digital camera or scanned from the original photograph), you accept that Captive Calendars need to exercise a degree of license to crop and edit images to fit and to achieve the very best results.
• Photograph enhancement such as red eye removal, blemish reduction, date stamp removal and black and white conversion is not included by Captive Calendars as part of the photograph and calendar service, however Captive Calendars may make these adjustments at its discretion, and does so without liability, in order to help achieve the best results.
• Captive Calendars will endeavour to deliver goods within two weeks of receipt of order, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If paying by cheque your order will not be processed until the cheque is received and funds have cleared.
