Captive Calendars offer sports clubs a personalised calendar with your fixtures and events pre-printed. Your fixtures are pre-printed for home and away matches with the name of your opposition, so you know who you're playing, where and when.

We will also pre print club events such as Christmas parties, summer balls and club B-B-Q's.

You can choose a different picture for each month. The photographs you choose to send to Captive Calendars will be imposed and printed directly on to an A4 sized personalised wall calendar. These provide a stylish reminder for all players, supporters, family and friends.

Just send us 13 pictures (one for each month and one for the cover) and details of up to 60 fixtures and event, we take care of the rest. Sending you a quality fixture calendar, like shown here, within 2 weeks.

Prices for Sports Club Fixture Calendars are as follows (minimum order is 5 calendars):

• 5 calendars are £16.50 each plus P&P
• 6 to 20 calendars are £15.50 each plus P&P
• 21 to 30 calendars are £14.50 each plus P&P
• 31 to 50 calendars are £13.25 each plus P&P
• 51 to 70 calendars are £12.00 each plus P&P
• 71 to 99 calendars are £9.50 each plus P&P

There are no set up fees. If you require more than 100 calendars please contact us for special rates. You can make payment online by credit or debit card, or if you prefer you can send us a cheque. Please make your choice on the order page.

You can either order via the online ordering page or use the postal order form. The online ordering requires you to upload your pictures from your computer to the Captive Calendars server. Picture files can be quite large so this can take some time, it is therefore only recommended for people with a broadband internet connection. If you do not have a broadband internet connection or do not want to upload your images you can download an order form and save it to your computer, you can then burn your order form and pictures onto a CD and post it to us.
